By accessing and using VisionCash, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use VisionCash for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in VisionCash;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of VisionCash, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• maintain and promptly update your account information;
• maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access;
• notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Description

VisionCash provides sales forecasting and resource management tools. The service includes:

• Sales opportunity tracking and forecasting
• Resource management for products and consultants
• Dashboard and reporting capabilities
• Team collaboration features

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions to VisionCash are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Your use of VisionCash is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data and we will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VisionCash:

• for any unlawful purpose
• to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• to submit false or misleading information

8. Disclaimer

The materials on VisionCash are provided on an 'as is' basis. VisionCash makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall VisionCash or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use VisionCash, even if VisionCash or a VisionCash authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Modifications

VisionCash may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.
